Questions before the first call.
How long does a first project take?
We start by agreeing on a small first version with you. That takes anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. After that, we work in small steps and go for the quick wins first. You decide after each step whether to continue. You never commit to a long project up front.
Can you work with the reports and data setup we already have?
Yes. We usually start from the reports, Excel files and data sources you already use. We keep what works and rebuild what does not. If each report pulls its own data, we move them onto one shared data model. After that, every report uses the same numbers.
Do we own everything you build, and can our team run it afterward?
Yes. The data model, the pipelines, the reports and the documentation stay with you, in your own systems. We train your team on the new setup, or keep running it for you.
How do you handle access to our data?
We sign NDAs. We usually work inside your own Microsoft tenant. We follow GDPR and take data privacy and protection seriously.
Do you work with companies outside Germany, in English?
Yes. We have clients around the world, and we work in English or German. The same data privacy and protection rules apply to every client, wherever they are.
